Here is the Delicious - Baked Catfish Bites Recipe

Here is the Delicious – Baked Catfish Bites Recipe: I was going to start this post with a joke about how catfish are fish with an identity problem, but that joke isn’t funny. I’ve only ever thought about catfish in two ways: either living or fried in a cast-iron pan. I’ve put catfish in a box.

I think of catfish as the kind of fish that big, strong men catch while camping alone in the woods. They cut the fish into small pieces and fry it in old cast iron pans.

Catfish aren’t just something big, strong guys eat to stay alive. They can do a lot of different things. You can fry them, blacken them, grill them as is or in packs, crust them, or put them in any kind of soup or stew.
